Currently TVIX Box is offering FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental United States.
Outside the Continental United States
TVIX Box evaluates and processes orders placed by customers outside of the continental United States on a case by case basis. Customers outside the United States may place orders on the site. Customers will then be contacted by a TVIX Box sales representative regarding shipping arrangements before the order is processed.
Every order placed on TVIX Box's secure site is subjected to a customer verification and identification process. Because of this process, the processing of some orders, including those to territories outside the United States may be delayed slightly.
Please be advised that because of a high rate of Internet fraud, TVIX Box has special requirements in order to confirm the validity of international orders:
- An order must be placed on www.tvixbox.com (please ignore the shipping price, this will be adjusted later)
- The shipping address provided must match the credit card billing address
- TVIX Box Customer Service will call the credit card company to confirm the address and the credit card details
- TVIX Box Customer Service will contact the customer for approval of the actual international shipping cost (insured shipping, and delivery confirmation is required)
The customer must provide the following additional information by fax or email:
- A copy of their photo ID
- A copy of the credit card, front and back
- A copy of the last credit card statement showing the credit card billing address and customer service telephone number of the card provider
Optionally, international customers can choose to pay by direct international wire transfer. Be advised, an additional wire transfer fee will apply, in addition to your outgoing wire transfer fees. International customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes or fees levied by their countries. Under no circumstances will TVIX Box pay, reimburse or refund customers for customs duties or import taxes. Furthermore, TVIX Box does not have access to information regarding individual country's laws or policies regarding customs or importation, and will not be responsible for providing this information to the customer. This is entirely the responsibility of the customer. TVIX Box can mark packages as "Computer Accessory" upon customer request, however, TVIX Box cannot mark packages as "Gift" or declare a false value.
Questions regarding customs duties, taxes or fees should be taken up with the customer's local customs office (i.e. local post office).
When will my order be shipped?
Orders usually ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. However, during periods of high volume, it may occasionally take as many as 7 days before your order is shipped.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
What type of freight does TVIX Box use?
Orders to locations within the continental United States are shipped via Federal Express Ground unless a PO Box is specified in the shipping address, in which case the order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping options for orders to other locations are evaluated and decided on a case by case basis. ***Be advised www.tvixbox.com currently does not offer expedited shipping.***
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on your location, orders within the continental United States generally arrive within 2-7 business days from date of shipment, however because of occasional delays we ask that customers allow 2-3 weeks for delivery within the continental United States and Canada, and 4-6 weeks for international orders. ***Be advised www.tvixbox.com currently does not offer expedited shipping.***
Can I track my order online?
Currently www.tvixbox.com does not feature online order tracking. However, when your order ships from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions on how to track your shipment. Orders shipped via Federal Express can be tracked on http://www.fedex.com/ and orders shipped via United States Postal Service can be tracked on http://www.usps.com/. Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.
If something is missing from the order when it arrives or it arrives damaged, what do I do?
Please contact TVIX Box immediately via email to "sales" at "tvixbox.com" if anything in your order is missing or damaged.
What if an item in my order is out of stock?
Incomplete orders will be held and shipped when all items are in stock. The customer will be notified immediately by a TVIX Box sales representative.
Who pays the shipping for warranty returns?
The customer pays all shipping on warranty returns and repair items.
